Support for postal workers on strike!
The Network
On 15 November, more than 55,000 members of the Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW) went on strike.
This was the result of a year of fruitless negotiations with management.
The unsatisfied demands concern wages, working conditions, pension rights and improvements to the public postal service.
The member organisations of the International Trade Union Solidarity and Struggle Network are supporting the postal workers' strike in Canada, in particular by publicising it in their respective countries.
Let's make our support known by taking part in the actions proposed by the CUPW: see the union's website.
