From January to February 2023, National Service for Mediation and Conciliation registered 140 collective labour disputes

From January to February 2023, the NSPP (National Service for Mediation and Conciliation) registered 140 collective labour disputes (3 at the national level, 4 at the branch level, 2 at the territorial level, 131 at the enterprise level), involving more than 1.6 million workers in 7643 enterprises.
In these disputes, 316 claims were lodged by employees, of which: 142 (45%) concerned the failure to comply with the requirements of labour law; 101 (32%) concerned the implementation of a collective agreement, agreement or their separate provisions; 46 (15%) concerned the establishment of new conditions or the modification of existing socio-economic conditions of work and industrial life; 27 (8%) concerned the conclusion or modification of a collective agreement, agreement.
In the disputes over wage arrears an amount of UAH 56.7 million (EUR 1.40 million) out of the total amount of UAH 717 million (EUR 18 million) was paid.
