Civil servants found an independent trade union

The International Labour Network of Solidarity and Struggle reports on the creation of an independent trade union :

‘The aim of the Independent Trade Union is to protect the labour, socio-economic, civil and political rights and legal interests of civil servants; to improve and promote the working conditions, wages and social security of civil servants.

As soon as it is founded, the union will put on the agenda the issue of the repressive act aimed at legalising political cleansing in the public services. The union is ready to take all measures within the framework of the law and to protect the rights of civil servants’.
