Anti-union repression at Sii Poland

Solidaires (CM)

On 18 November, several employees of Sii Poland created their union.

The very next day, CEO Grégoire Nitot sent out a letter attacking those who had taken this initiative, denigrating the unions and explaining that he had left France because of "the strength of the unions".

On the same day, he fired Krystian Kosowski, who was behind the creation of the union.

This is totally illegal.

The member organisations of the International Labour Network of Solidarity and Struggle denounce the employer's repression at Sii Poland.

We demand the reinstatement of Krystian Kosowski and respect for trade union rights.
